Publication
Only records with published status are visible to public queries. Publication means the record is available in the directory; it is not an endorsement, security audit, or guarantee.
Featured transmissions
The current homepage featured areas are randomized from published apps on each request. They are discovery surfaces, not paid rankings or editorial awards.
Popular ranking
The Popular page includes apps with at least 50,000 reported monthly users and orders them by that reported figure. Missing user counts do not equal zero real users; they mean the directory does not have a usable reported value.
Verification and safety
Telegram verification, scam, fake, and restricted flags are stored as source signals. A verified badge does not replace independent review. Users should inspect the Telegram destination and permissions before interacting with financial, crypto, health, or account-sensitive apps.
Sponsorship
No commercial placement system is implemented in the current directory. If sponsorship is introduced, paid placement must be visibly labeled and must not silently change organic popularity or category rankings.
Corrections
Facts should be corrected without concealing meaningful source conflicts. A public correction channel and verified developer claim process are planned; until then, source changes are picked up by repeatable imports as described in the methodology.
